Welcome to Massive Brand Consulting, INC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Massive Brand Consulting, INC is a consulting firm dedicated to helping small businesses, large corporations, and government entities enhance profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency. Our Services include, but are not limited to:
HR Consulting (workforce planning, compliance, employee relations, performance management)
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Strategies
Change Management (organizational transformation, culture enhancement)
Executive Leadership Development & Coaching
Business Consulting (strategy, operational efficiency, and scaling solutions)
Workshops, Digital Courses, and Group or 1:1 Consulting
We provide both free and paid content through various channels, including podcasts, webinars, and training programs.
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Client’s access to Services until payment is received. For recurring payments, the Client authorizes the Company to charge the payment method on file as per the agreed-upon schedule.
Due to the nature of the Services provided, the Company does not offer refunds for Services already rendered. All sales of digital products, courses, and consulting sessions are final. In the event of extenuating circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the Company's sole discretion.
The content of the Services, including without limitation, text, copy, audio, video, photographs, illustrations, graphics, and other visuals, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Company does not claim ownership rights over content provided by the Client, and the Client retains all ownership rights to their content.
The Company is committed to responsibly handling the information and data we collect through our Services in compliance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy so you are aware of how we collect and use your personal information.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or any of our Services, the Client agrees to attempt to settle the dispute by engaging in good faith mediation with the Company. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Massachusetts in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Both parties waive their right to file a lawsuit in court, except for matters qualifying for small claims court.
The Client acknowledges that the Company makes no guarantees regarding the results of using its Services. The Client is responsible for implementing any strategies or recommendations provided. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of our Services. The Company's liability to the Client, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to the Company in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Our Services do not replace or substitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice. If you require any such advice, you should seek it from a qualified professional.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our Site. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
